" What a wonderful surprise! Muchang has certainly raised the bar for Chinese food in Guadalajara. I was initially sceptical as I had previously tried many Americanized Chinese restaurants. Muchang, however, is refreshing with its unique take on traditional flavors. While their dishes might not be completely authentic, they do create tantalizing flavor profiles worth experiencing.
