" I’ve tried many Japanese restaurants both in Japan and elsewhere but UMA UMA stands out. Their udon noodles were thicker and had the right amount of chewiness. The tonkatsu had a perfect crunch and the flavor was spot on. I do wish they had more seafood options on the menu but I understand they focus on ramen and other staples.
