" This Taco Bell is conveniently close to my house, but my experiences have been hit or miss. On one visit, the food was hot, fresh, and made quickly, but on another, I sat for almost 30 minutes in the drive-thru! When I finally received my order, a crunchwrap, it tasted bland and was missing ingredients I specifically asked for. " Had a late-night craving and decided to hit up this Taco Bell. The drive-thru staff were friendly, and I appreciated how quick they were. I ordered a variety of items, and surprisingly most of them were made correctly. Just the soft shell taco had no cheese, which was a letdown. Nevertheless, the food was hot and fresh enough to satisfy my cravings! " I'm a Taco Bell lover, and I expected good things from this branch but was let down. I waited so long for my order that I thought I had stepped into a sit-down restaurant instead. The food wasn't even warm by the time I received it. Two of my tacos were missing toppings and had the wrong meat. I could see that other customers around me were also frustrated by the slowness of service. I saw our order numbers flashing up but received no updates, and the employees didn't seem to care about the mix-ups. " Taco Bell has always been a go-to for me, but this location could really use some improvement. The lines were long, and I felt like the staff were overwhelmed. By the time I got to place my order, I just wanted to get in and get out. My quesadilla was made badly; it was almost all cheese yet left me wanting for more chicken. I think that the staff just need to focus more on the assembly of dishes for better results. Taco Bell is comfort food, but this experience wasn't comforting. I really want them to do better!
