Tokyo Grill is a mixed bag in terms of dining experience. While some patrons enjoy the substantial portions and variety of the menu, many express disappointment with the authenticity and consistency of the food. Moreover, service issues are frequently pointed out, which detracts from an otherwise potentially enjoyable meal.

" I won't be returning to Tokyo Grill. The only thing that was decent was my plate of chicken fried rice. Other than that, the hibachi shrimp was overcooked, and the service was horrendous; it took forever for anyone to acknowledge my presence. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. " First time trying Tokyo Grill and it was a mixed bag. The food was good overall, but some items lacked flavor, particularly the fried rice. However, I thought their sushi was quite refreshing. The staff was courteous, although slightly overwhelmed. I wouldn’t mind coming back to try their dinner menu next time. " (*Curated Review*)
" I can’t say I will go back after my experience. Service was extremely slow. I ordered the shrimp tempura and it didn’t meet my expectations. The shrimp were soggy, lacking that crisp crunch. I love sushi, and while their rolls looked decent, I’m not about to risk it. Disappointing overall. " (*Curated Review*)
" Tokyo Grill has a charming and comfy interior! I felt right at home. However, I caution against the sushi options. The rolls I tried didn't meet my standards for freshness. Stick to the hibachi options; they seemed much better prepared. Service was friendly, and my hibachi chicken was great and well seasoned! " (*Curated Review*)
" The ambiance of Tokyo Grill is quite nice and relaxing; however, I had a rather lackluster experience with their food. My shrimp tempura tasted greasy and wasn't appealing. They definitely need to focus on improving their food quality. Service was equally disappointing, as I felt ignored for a long period while waiting for my order. " (*Curated Review*)
" Totally not impressed with our experience at Tokyo Grill. We waited nearly an hour for our food, and once it arrived, my sushi felt like it came straight from a grocery store. The service was mediocre at best, and the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. I left feeling regretful for choosing this place. " (*Curated Review*)
" Came here for lunch and ordered the chicken teriyaki. It was well-cooked and delicious, but the service was rather slow for a lunch hour. Items on the menu are reasonably priced, considering the size of the portions. I can see why people come back; it’s worth checking it out if you're in the mood for hibachi! " (*Curated Review*)
