" I first found Cava during a business lunch. I thought at first that it was just another Mediterranean fast food chain, but boy, was I wrong! The place had such a vibrant culture. The chefs genuinely care about the food they create. I ordered a chicken bowl, and it was loaded with tons of fresh vegetables and toppings. The flavors melded perfectly, and I left feeling satisfied without the heaviness of traditional fast food. The only critique is that I wish the place was a bit bigger due to its popularity! " I decided to give Cava a try after noticing they had many vegan options. I got the falafel bowl with tahini dressing, and boy, was it incredible! The falafel was crispy on the outside, soft inside, and perfectly seasoned. The only downside was the noise level; it got a bit loud during the lunch rush. But the food definitely made up for it. " The greatest thing about Cava is its emphasis on customization. I love being able to create my bowl exactly how I want it. The ingredients are fresh and very tasty. I prefer the spicy chicken with garlic sauce! It’s hard to not overindulge since these bowls are so packed. The environment feels casual, making it a great spot for lunch breaks or a quick bite.
