" I can’t say enough good things about this taco truck! As a taco lover, I’ve tried places all around town, but El Huache truly stands out. The ingredients taste fresh and you can really taste the authenticity of the recipes. Their tacos are reasonably priced and come in decent portions. I ordered the al pastor and it was cooked to perfection with a nice smoky flavor. Not to mention, the staff was incredibly friendly and gave us a few recommendations that did not disappoint. The only complaint I would have, albeit minor, is that the seating area could use some improvement; it felt a little cramped during peak hours.
