" I decided to try Sunny Wok after seeing high ratings online. I was pleasantly surprised! The fried rice had a nostalgic taste, and the dumplings were warm and flavorful. " It's hard to compete with the flavors at Sunny Wok! The garlic chicken was spiced just right, and the fried rice was fluffy and delicious. Each time I've ordered has been a positive experience, but I do wish they’d have some sort of seating area for customers. You know the food is good when I don’t mind taking it home! While the flavors in the hot and sour soup were spot on, some dishes fell flat. The shrimp lo mein was far too greasy and lacked the freshness I expect from a quality Chinese restaurant. It felt a bit overly Americanized for my taste. The wait staff was very polite, which I appreciate, but I was quite upset about the food not meeting my expectations. " I visited Sunny Wok after hearing so much about it from friends, and I was not disappointed! " I was looking for a new spot for takeout, and Sunny Wok was recommended by a colleague. Sadly, it did not live up to my expectations.
