" Decided to try Flour & Barley on my last trip to Vegas. Got the garlic cheese bread and a combo pizza. The garlic cheese bread was creamy and delicious, but the pizza left me a bit disappointed. It was good, but I guess I had higher expectations based on the raving reviews. I felt the crust was a little too soggy in the middle. The staff was friendly and attentive, which I appreciate. " I am always on the lookout for vegan options, and Flour & Barley did not disappoint! I went here with a large group and we had a variety of pizzas. While the vegan pizza was my highlight, others in my group loved the Vampire Slayer pizza as well. The service was outstanding; our server was attentive and made sure we felt welcomed.
