" What a night! I took my wife here for dinner—initially expecting a typical dining experience at a hotel restaurant. But Mizu proved to be anything but typical! We shared several small plates, including pork belly buns that were incredible. The atmosphere was lively, we genuinely had a great time. As far as the authenticity of the cuisine, it's clear they take care in their dishes, merging various elements beautifully. Our server was friendly and made great recommendations.
