" Disappointed after my recent visit. The crab rangoon tasted funny and not at all like the crab rangoon I’ve had elsewhere. I also found the lemon chicken too sweet for my liking. The service was friendly, but the food quality seemed lacking on this particular day. The ambiance was nice, but I cannot get over how much the food missed the mark for me. " Chopstick House is by far the best Chinese place I’ve been to in Evansville. I was pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of the dishes. The flavors remind me of what I had during my travels in Asia. I particularly enjoyed the egg drop soup, which was rich and didn’t have the watery texture I've had elsewhere. Service was attentively fast; our waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and offered some great recommendations. The General Tso chicken was perfectly crispy and coated with a flavorful sauce.
