" I went to Tokyo-ya for lunch and where the service was generally friendly, the food left something to be desired. I tried the miso ramen, and while it was decent, I've definitely had better. The broth could have been richer in flavor, and the noodles were a bit overcooked for my liking. It was busy at the time, but I believe the place has potential.
