" I’ve been hearing about The Halal Guys for so long, but I finally made it to one of their locations. I chose to order a chicken over rice platter. While it was good, it didn't quite blow me away. The highlight was definitely the rice which had a unique flavor. However, the chicken could have been more tender. The service was fast and polite which was a huge plus. " Since I've been to The Halal Guys multiple times, I'd say my experiences have varied greatly. The last time, I decided to try, and the service was surprisingly quick, which I appreciate. My platter was loaded with lots of rice and a generous amount of chicken which was flavorful. Yet, I'm always baffled by the inconsistent quality; some days it's great, others not so much.
