" If you're in the mood for authentic Vietnamese food, you absolutely must visit Kasim's Kitchen. The dishes are remarkably close to what you'd find in Vietnam. I particularly loved the bun bo hue which had the right balance of spicy and savory. Even the garnish was fresh! The atmosphere here is lovely, and the staff made us feel right at home. " Recently discovered Kasim's Kitchen and it was an experience to remember! As soon as I stepped in, I felt the warmth of the family-run establishment. I ordered the ngheu hap thai, and it blew my mind! The clams were fresh and the sauce masterfully prepared. We also had the bò nướng and it was tender and bursting with flavor.
