" I must say my experience was a mixed bag. On one hand, the customer service was outstanding; our waitress was attentive and friendly. On the other hand, the food was underwhelming. The lo mein had a great texture but tasted overwhelmingly like soy sauce without the balance you would expect. Most items felt worn-out or overcooked like they had been under the heat lamp for hours. But I loved the fried shrimp, which was crispy and flavorful. It’s tough to say if I’d return, as I really can’t tolerate the inconsistency. A buffet should be satisfying, not a gamble!
