" Lately, I've been on a quest to find the best authentically Korean restaurant in town. After a few tries, Pusan quickly became one of my favorites! The samgyeopsal was grilled to perfection, and the side dishes were refreshingly varied. I even found a small hidden treasure in their green onion pancakes which were mouth-watering! " My family and I visited Pusan last weekend, and it was such a great experience! My wife loved the bulgogi, and I couldn't get enough of the gamjatang, which was rich and satisfying. We sat down for a cozy dinner, and even though the restaurant was busy, the staff managed to serve us fairly promptly. The side dishes were plentiful and enhanced our meal nicely. " I had the pleasure of dining at Pusan recently, and it has quickly become one of my favorite spots for Korean food. The stone pot bibimbap was incredible! The way the rice crusts formed at the bottom was just how my grandma used to make it. I loved the handcrafted dumpling soup, with its rich broth and tender dumplings. " If you’re looking for authentic Korean food, you’ve got to try Pusan. The semblance to true Korean tastes is impressive, making me think of the meals I had while living in Seoul. The kimchi stew had the ideal amount of spice and came with plenty of banchan, which were delightful. The atmosphere was casual and relaxed, perfect for families.
