" I had a good experience at Five Rice recently. The staff was attentive and made excellent recommendations. The beef and broccoli was tender and flavorful, which made up for some of the other dishes being a bit lacking. The ambiance was pleasant, but we just missed having that authentic touch in the flavors. Overall, decent food but I think I will be searching elsewhere for my next Chinese food craving. " I usually love checking out new Chinese places, but I have to say Five Rice did not meet my expectations. I tried their Crab Rangoon which was way too fishy and had very little filling. The rest of my meal lacked the depth of flavor that I usually enjoy in Chinese cuisine. " I had heard mixed things but really wanted to try Five Rice. The service was one of the best parts — the staff were friendly and helpful. However, when the food arrived, I was let down; the egg rolls were underwhelming and tasted overly processed, with a strange aftertaste.
