I ordered the enchiladas which, while tasty, weren't as good as I had anticipated. They were more on the bland side compared to what I’m used to. The service was cordial, but not very attentive as we had to wait a bit for refills. All in all, I enjoyed my meal, but I wish the flavors were more vibrant. " Oh my goodness, what a hidden treasure Don Jose is! I absolutely loved the homemade tortillas. The enchiladas were rich and satisfying. Everything we tried had a homemade feel that you just can't find everywhere. The service was friendly, albeit a little slow—however, the quality of the food easily makes up for that.
