" What a rollercoaster of an experience! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was lively, and we were excited to try the highly talked-about Chicken Al Pastor. The first few bites did not disappoint—the flavors were superb, and everything was fresh! However, as we settled in, the waitstaff became noticeably overwhelmed, leading to slower service and spilled food. It's clear that kitchen efficiency needs improvement. " I held off visiting this Chipotle for months due to all the negativity surrounding it. When I finally went in, I found the food to be exactly what I expected from Chipotle—fresh, well-seasoned, and brimming with flavor. However, the staff was clearly still in training mode, leading to a lot of errors with the orders and a slow service experience. I'm hopeful they can get it together in the coming weeks. " This was my second visit and sadly, it was worse than the first. I was hopeful after my first visit, but today it took forever to get my food and it was incorrect once again.
