" This Taco Bell was the typical experience that's hard to rave about. I went for a late-night snack and encountered a staff that seemed overwhelmed by the rush, causing a noticeable delay. When I finally received my food, I couldn't help but feel that there was a distinct lack of flavor in everything, including the meat. " Today I decided to try the new menu item that they were advertising. Let me say, the promotional material had me excited. When I got the item, it was sloppy at best, not even close to the presentation I saw in the pictures. Ingredients seemed cheap, and I have to point out again, the authentic taste was nowhere to be found. The whole experience was disappointing. " I wanted to share my latest visit, as it was better than most! The atmosphere was fairly relaxed, and I felt welcomed. My order took a while to come out, but when it did, it was fresh and quite tasty! The chalupa I had lived up to my expectations, and I quite enjoyed it. " I have been to this Taco Bell several times, and I keep hoping it will get better, but I am constantly disappointed. Each visit, I find the quality of the tacos to be inconsistent, and on more than one occasion, they have skimped on the meat significantly. The service can feel uninterested, as if the employees are just going through the motions. I had a recent experience where my order was completely wrong, and rather than fix it, they offered a few extra hot sauce packets instead. I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.
