" I had a great dining experience at Wabi Sabi last night. The staff was extremely welcoming and made a point to check in frequently. The highlight of our meal was definitely the sashimi platter. Every cut was impeccable, and they even had some rarer types of fish available that you wouldn’t usually see at a sushi restaurant. The rolls were equally impressive, and I loved the unique twist they put on some of the traditional recipes. I also appreciated the homemade desserts. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. One of the highlights for me was the Toro sushi, it simply melted in my mouth! The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and reminds me of small sushi places in Japan. I would absolutely recommend making a reservation, as it tends to get busy. " Delicious doesn't even begin to describe the food at Wabi Sabi! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the atmosphere—cozy, yet modern. We started with some shrimp tempura which was cooked to perfection, crispy but not greasy. For the main event, we tried several rolls from their specials menu, including the Lobster Roll and Chef's special nigiri, which was a perfect blend of flavors. What stood out to me was the freshness; you could definitely tell that the fish had been sourced right. The service was attentive without being overwhelming.
