" My wife and I visited Matador Ballard for a much-needed date night, and it did not disappoint! We started with the fire-roasted corn and then moved on to a plate of their famous carnitas enchiladas. Both were exceptional. The meat was tender and bursting with flavors. We also enjoyed their cocktails – I had the jalapeño margarita which added a nice spicy twist. We were also greeted warmly by the staff and loved the vibrant decor.
