" I'm not a big fan of Korean BBQ, but my friends convinced me to try Salt. I have to say, their seafood pancake is one of the best dishes I've ever tasted! The service was superb, and our server explained everything so thoroughly, which made it easier for a novice like me. While some of the meat selections were decent, a couple of items were slightly overcooked. Nonetheless, I would definitely be willing to return for that pancake and the great service. " I had a mixed experience at Salt Korean BBQ. The atmosphere is charming, and it looks quite modern, but I found the food lacking the authenticity I was hoping for. The meat choices were okay, but they didn't match what I'm used to from Korean BBQ back in Korea. Service was excellent, very attentive and friendly, which made up for some of my disappointments with the food.
