" I’m on the fence about recommending YamaChen’s. On one visit, the food was impeccable, and the service couldn't have been better. I made sure to visit again, but I was met with a completely different experience. The sushi seemed dried out, and there was a noticeable decline in taste. The service was still friendly, but it took far too long for our orders to arrive. I think there may be inconsistencies depending on the time of day or how busy the restaurant is. " Absolutely loved my experience at YamaChen’s! The vibe when you walk in is amazing, very calming and nicely set up. The sushi was definitely some of the best I’ve had in this area. I ordered a sashimi platter and it was beautifully presented, and the flavors were spot on. The service was effective without being intrusive, always checking in to make sure we were satisfied.
