My food was lukewarm upon arrival, and my sweet and sour chicken was overly sweet without any balance. I longed for some bold flavors that never came through. " I've been going to Rainbow for years, and it used to be my go-to for Chinese food, but I noticed a decline in quality. My last order of sesame chicken tasted off, and the egg rolls were almost tasteless. It's like they're using different ingredients now. Prices have gone up, but the quality has definitely gone down.
