" Had a wonderful meal last night at Taquerias Guadalajara! The food was fresh, vibrant, and authentic. I tried the meal special, which included chilaquiles verdes—wow! They were perfectly crispy and flavorful. My dining companion opted for the torta ahogada, which she raved about is being the best she’s had outside of Guadalajara. Service was friendly and fast after we quickly ordered—definitely credit to the cause of a huge crowd!
