" The food at Prime is undeniably delicious, but my experience was marred by the service. Although our waiter was friendly, he forgot our appetizer and took far too long to bring our drinks. However, when the food did arrive, it was exceptional! I had the lobster mac and cheese and it was divine. The desserts were good too, but we had to send one back as it was served frozen. We were seated quickly, but then waited over 30 minutes before our drink orders were taken. Fortunately, once we received our drinks, the food came out relatively quickly.
