" I feel Taco Bell can sometimes hit the mark with some of their items like the taco salad, but too often I find myself trying to justify my purchase. I tried their cheesy fiesta potatoes, and while tasty, they could've used a bit more cheese. With already weak portions, it's disappointing that I have to ask for extra toppings to get my money's worth. The staff is friendly at least, but I doubt I'll make it a regular spot anymore. " This Taco Bell location is quite depressing. I often enjoy their food, but the experience here has been incredibly frustrating. The counter service is unfriendly, and when I finally received my order after a long wait, it was completely wrong. I ordered a classic Crunchwrap Supreme and got a cold burrito instead! Upon asking for a replacement, the employee acted annoyed. The dining area looked unkempt and messy, which made the atmosphere quite off-putting. " Taco Bell is certainly a mixed bag! I appreciate the fact that they come up with interesting recipes, but the execution has been hit or miss for awhile now. Recently, I tried the chicken quesadilla, and it was so poorly made that half of it was just a soggy mess. Last time I checked, quesadillas are supposed to be crispy! The staff was friendly, which was a plus, and the atmosphere felt lively with a great crowd. However, the quality of food just isn't consistent enough for a solid recommendation from me. " It's hard to deny the comfort that Taco Bell brings on the occasion. Their menu has lots of options that are relatively affordable. I recently indulged in the burrito box which was decent, but my only complaint is that it lacked enough meat. The ambiance was pleasant and the staff were welcoming, yet, I think they should work harder on the ingredients used. With such a vast menu, I'm hopeful they can bring back some quality control.
