" Blue Agave is a restaurant that has seen better days, at least in my recent visits. Initially drawn in by the promise of authentic Mexican food, my last meal was disappointing. The carne asada I had was undercooked and less seasoned than I’d hoped. The service was friendly but the wait time was excessively long despite the restaurant not being full. " This was my first visit to Blue Agave and it simply won’t be my last! The combination of delicious margaritas and excellent service had me feeling right at home. I ordered their shrimp tacos and they were perfectly cooked with just the right amount of seasoning. My only complaint was that they were a bit small! " I had the best time at Blue Agave! Everything from the warm chips with salsa to my main dish, the mole enchiladas, was fantastic. It was a bit crowded, but the staff was gracious and handled the rush well. I did notice that some of the tables around us had a hard time getting updates on their orders, so it appears quality control could be encouraged.
