" Las Palmeras can be a hit or miss. My last visit saw me ordering the enchiladas and enjoying every bit of it. The richness and depth in flavor won me over. But the service was nonexistent once we were seated—we waited ages for a drink refill, and the chips remained unrefilled for too long.
