" I visited Taco Bell last weekend and it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The drive-thru was moving slowly, and when I finally got my order, it was wrong. They gave me a beef burrito instead of the vegetarian option I requested. I had to go back and wait in line again to correct it, only to find that the staff seemed indifferent to my frustration. In addition, the food itself was lukewarm and very greasy, not what I’d expect from a fast food place that is so popular. I can understand it was busy, but more should be done to assist the workers. They really need to improve efficiency and perhaps do some retraining of employees. Not my favorite Taco Bell. " Having been a Taco Bell fan for many years, I thought it was about time to stop in at this location. I was met with the typical fast food ambiance—bright lights, quick service—but the food was lacking this time. My nachos were cold and soggy as if they had been sitting for too long. The staff didn't seem overly eager to help either, which is a shame because the vibe could have been much better.
