" Having been a regular at Pho Da Cao for over a year now, I can confidently say it’s the best Vietnamese restaurant in Tulsa. The pho is rich and flavorful, and I love the way they serve it with plenty of fresh herbs. The portions are generous, making it easy to share, but you won't want to!
