" I had the pleasure of dining at Blue Agave last weekend, and it was an incredible experience! The chips and salsa were just the right amount of spicy and were clearly freshly made. I ordered the enchilada plate and it came with a generous portion of rice and beans. The enchiladas were bursting with flavor and were topped with the perfect amount of cheese. The only issue was that the dining area gets loud when it’s busy, making it hard to hear your dining partner.
