" We had such a delightful dinner here! I can't stop raving about the fresh guacamole and the chips were the best I’ve had. Our entrees were equally great; the flavor of the shrimp tacos was really on point. The only downside was we had to flag down our server a few times, which was a little inconvenient. The consume that accompanied them was the best I've ever tasted—full of spices and depth. Given how busy it is on weekends, I recommend making a reservation. " Blue Agave is a gem in the city! I indulged in the carne asada tacos and they were simply delicious. The seasoning was spot on and everything tasted fresh. They also allow you to customize your meals, which I really appreciated. The staff was incredibly friendly, although they seemed to be slightly overwhelmed during peak hours. " Overall, I had a great dining experience here. I must say the salsa is fantastic, possibly one of the best in town. The enchiladas were tasty, however, I felt they could have had a bit more cheese. The service was friendly but slightly slow when it came to getting our drinks refilled. The atmosphere was buzzing and lively, creating a fun environment for dinner.
