" First time visiting Jang Su Jang last week. I was really looking forward to it since I've heard great things. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, bright and clean. I ordered the Pork Tofu Soup – it was spicy and comforting, served hot with a raw egg added in. The kimchi and side dishes were excellent! However, my friend chose the dumpling soup, and she found the broth to be somewhat bland. We also had to wait a little longer than expected for the main course because it was busy. " I can’t say enough about how inviting and warm Jang Su Jang feels. The service was friendly from the moment we walked in. I ordered the bibimbap with extra gochujang and loved every bite! The sides were plentiful, especially the marinated bean sprouts! However, my dining companion ordered the spicy noodle dish and didn’t find it spicy at all and was kind of disappointed.
