" Had a family gathering at Fujiyama, and while the kids loved the hibachi show, I was disappointed with the quality of the sushi. It felt somewhat lacking in freshness compared to what I anticipated from a Japanese steakhouse. My teriyaki chicken also seemed bland. There were good aspects, like the friendly service and enjoyable atmosphere, but the food didn’t meet my expectations this time. " Really nice restaurant! The wait was a little longer than expected, but it was busy so I didn’t mind too much.
