Chopsticks Chinese Restaurant is renowned for its delicious dishes that many customers find authentic and flavorful. However, the service quality is frequently described as inconsistent, and while the menu offers generous portions at reasonable prices, the overall dining experience can be impacted by some cleanliness and operational concerns.

" I was not impressed by the food at Chopsticks at all. I had heard good things before coming, but my shrimp tempura was soggy and cold. When I brought it to the attention of the chef, I felt like my complaint was met with ridicule rather than concern. Sadly, it’s an experience I won't be repeating. Service was lacking, and while I wanted to support a local business, it seems like they have some issues to address. I’d rate them a disappointing 2 stars. " (*Curated Review*)
" After eating at Chopsticks multiple times, I've come to really enjoy their menu. The sweet and sour pork is one of the standout dishes! However, I did have a time when the service was a bit lacking. There have been several occasions where I had to wait a long time to get my food, even if I placed a simple order. But, once received, the food was hot and delicious every time. Definitely get the egg rolls as they are some of the best! I can say the flavor is usually on point, and the prices are reasonable. I'll keep coming back despite the waiting issue, so I would rate them a solid 4 stars. " (*Curated Review*)
" Chopsticks, I just want to express how much I appreciate your service and delicious food! The sweet and sour chicken is my absolute favorite, and I really love how quickly they prepare the food. I usually order for takeout, but I've also eaten in a few times, and the atmosphere is cozy, although it can get busy. Their efficiency during peak hours is commendable! I always feel welcomed by everyone there. Thank you for making my lunch breaks enjoyable. I’m rating this place a solid 4 stars! " (*Curated Review*)
" Visiting Chopsticks is always an adventure. I've been there over a dozen times now, and there’s one thing I can tell you: their dumplings are worth the visit alone! They come out steaming, stuffed full of meats and vegetables, with a wonderfully savory dipping sauce. However, while the food is usually stellar, the experience has been a mixed bag. Once, my order took nearly an hour to arrive even though the restaurant was not busy, which was frustrating. The seating is tight, and I wouldn't recommend dining in during peak hours. The staff does their best, but sometimes they seem disorganized. That said, I still keep coming back for the food! Overall, I would give them a 4.5 out of 5, mainly for their delicious food but decreased a star for the inconsistency in service and wait times. " (*Curated Review*)
" I love this place! The general tso's chicken is just the right amount of spicy, and their egg drop soup is so comforting. I’ve had both dine-in and takeout experiences, and each has been wonderful. The staff is always friendly and quick to get my orders out. My only complaint is the limited seating; it can get crowded, and parking can be a bit of a pain during dinner time. Overall though, I’d give them a great 5 stars because the food is just that good. " (*Curated Review*)
" I've been a fan of Chopsticks for years, but lately, I've felt some inconsistencies creeping in. Their fried dumplings are still some of the best around, but a couple of my recent orders have left me feeling indifferent, particularly the egg fried rice, which tasted a bit bland and dry compared to what I've previously enjoyed. Customer service, while usually friendly, was lacking when I placed a call for an inquiry—no follow-up or help. I still think there's potential here, but I wouldn't say this is my go-to anymore. I'd rate them 3 stars for the time being. " (*Curated Review*)
" I wanted to share my experience at Chopsticks, which has truly been a mix for me. While their General Tso's chicken has always been a go-to, I've recently noticed a decline in its taste and freshness. During my last visit, the chicken was overcooked, and the sauce seemed bland—not the explosion of flavor I was expecting. On top of that, I felt the staff were a bit rude when I mentioned my concerns. It's unfortunate, as I used to love this place for its comfort food. Still, I can say the prices are good, and the portions generous. Because of my past experiences, I'll keep trying, hoping they'll return to their former glory. For now, a cautious 3 out of 5 stars.
