Though the service took a bit longer than expected, when I finally bit into my steak burrito, I was reminded of what a good Chipotle meal should taste like. After placing a mobile order, I arrived only to find my food wasn't ready, even after the designated pickup time. The staff seemed overwhelmed and there were various items missing from my order when I finally received it. " What an interesting experience I had tonight! The food itself was tasty, and I could tell that the ingredients were freshly prepared. As a Chipotle fan, I appreciate flavorful, authentic burritos, and I definitely got that! However, the service left a lot to be desired. It took over 40 minutes for my meal to be prepared, and when I finally received it, my order was incomplete. When I finally received my bowl, I discovered it was missing half of the ingredients I had requested. Only to be told they were currently out of stock due to 'high demand.'
