We had a beautifully set table, and the service was commendable—super attentive without being intrusive. The highlight for me was the lemongrass seabass; it was seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. The only minor gripe was that the portions felt slightly small for such a price point. The ambiance was a perfect mix of elegant yet relaxed, and we were promptly greeted by the staff. We started our meal with the spring rolls, which were crispy and filled with fresh ingredients. For the main course, I had the shaking beef, which was perfectly seasoned and tender. The flavors brought me back to my travels in Vietnam.
