The highlight for me was the lemongrass seabass; it was seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. The only minor gripe was that the portions felt slightly small for such a price point. For the main course, I had the shaking beef, which was perfectly seasoned and tender. The flavors brought me back to my travels in Vietnam.
