" What a nightmare experience! We visited on the weekend, and it was so busy that we couldn't even get in the door. I eventually did and placed our order, but it took nearly an hour to get our food. Many people who ordered after us got their pizzas first. When we finally got our order, they had forgotten the dipping sauces.
