" I'm a long-time fan of Taco Bell, and I always look for a familiar experience whenever I visit one. Sadly, my last visit here was far from satisfactory. The employee who took my order was very polite and even offered suggestions; however, when I got to the table, my food wasn’t what I ordered. A steak quesadilla instead of the chicken I wanted. And to make matters worse, the steak was overcooked and dry. While I appreciate the ambiance of the restaurant being clean, good atmosphere can’t save a bad meal. " I wanted to love my experience at Taco Bell, I really did. My order was simple, just a couple of tacos and a side of nacho fries. But when I opened my tray, I found that everything was wrong. The tacos were missing several toppings and the fries were cold and soggy. Even the soda tasted off, like it had been sitting flat for a while. The staff at least tried to be friendly, but the long wait and incorrect items really ruined my meal. Perhaps this establishment is just overwhelmed, but I can't see myself returning any time soon. " It was a wild night at Taco Bell, and I loved every second of it. The employees were working furiously to handle the overwhelming rush of customers, and despite all that, my food was served hot and fresh. I ordered a Chicken Quesadilla that hit all the right notes and was brimming with flavor.
