" I had a really mixed experience at Railway Cantina. The service was incredibly warm and welcoming, but the food left much to be desired. My burrito came out cold and I could tell that the ingredients weren’t as fresh as I hoped. I ordered a ton of hot sauces to compensate for the lack of flavor, but nothing could save my meal. I wouldn't recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food. I'm giving this place 2 stars only for the friendly staff. " (*Curated Review*)

" Visiting Seward, I was really eager to try Railway Cantina. I heard the shrimp tacos were good. When I got there, the atmosphere felt a bit rushed. The tacos, however, were delicious! The shrimp had great flavor but the portions were smaller than I expected for the price. Service was friendly, but I felt they could use more staff to keep up with the demand. " Honestly, I was disappointed by Railway Cantina. I had heard great things, so I went with high expectations. " I had lunch at Railway Cantina today and it was pretty average. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the food could definitely use some improvement. I chose the veggie burrito, which sounded great but ended up being largely filled with rice and not much else. The chips were crunchy but lacked flavor. I would say it’s not a bad spot if you’re craving quick food, just don’t expect anything overly authentic. I might try again but would probably opt for something different next time. " Excellent experience at Railway Cantina. The staff were kind and helpful. I loved the blackened halibut burrito. It was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere also contributed positively to my visit. They have an interesting selection of hot sauces that I enjoyed exploring. I felt welcomed and thoroughly satisfied after my meal.
