" Tong’s is a hidden gem if you’re in the Henderson Mall area! The dumplings are hands down some of the best I’ve tasted, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I also tried their signature beef brisket noodles, and it was sublime! The service could be a bit quicker, especially during busy hours, but it’s worth the wait for the quality of food.
