" I was so excited to try Triestina after hearing so much about it. The space was charming, but unfortunately, I found the food lacking in flavor and authenticity. I ordered the gnocchi, and it was quite bland. The service was adequate but nothing special. I believe they can improve on ensuring the quality of their dishes matches their reputation. " Despite being a bit on the pricey side, I think Triestina provides excellent value for the food quality. We had a large family gathering and everyone found something they liked. The server was friendly but sometimes hard to reach. Overall, everyone was happy with their meals, and the kids loved their dishes too, which is a plus.
