" Kawah holds a special place in my heart. I grew up eating here, and you can taste the family recipes in every bite. Their General Tso's chicken is simply unparalleled—crispy, flavorful, not too sweet. My favorite dish, though, has to be the steamed dumplings, which are soft and filled with a delightful pork mixture. Each time I go back, it feels like visiting family. " I was hesitant to try Kawah based on mixed reviews, but wanted to give it a shot. While my shrimp lo mein was slightly overcooked, I must admit the flavor was still pretty good. The environment is cozy, if a little small, but it adds to the charm of a neighborhood restaurant. They offered to remake it, but by that time, I had lost my appetite. I hope this was just a one-time issue, so I may give it another try since the place has been recommended so highly.
