" I had high hopes for Katsuya after hearing rave reviews. The food was certainly up to par, especially the Red Carbonara, which was different yet satisfying. However, the service left a bit to be desired as my server seemed overwhelmed and inattentive. I also ordered the Cheese Croquettes, which were perfectly crispy, but I felt the portion sizes could be larger compared to the prices. To make up for it, the flavors were on point. I've been here multiple times and every dish has consistently met my expectations.
