" I can’t say enough good things about Orto Artisan Pasta! This was our first time dining here after several recommendations from friends. We opted to sit on the garden patio, which is absolutely beautiful, filled with blooming flowers. Our server was friendly and made excellent recommendations. The squid ink pasta was divine; I could have eaten it all over again! The weariness of the outside noise was drowned out by the positive energy within. Definitely planning another visit for sure! " Orto is my go-to for a quick pasta fix! I love the intimate atmosphere and the friendly staff. During my last visit, I tried their seasonal special, and it was delightful! Homemade pasta truly makes a difference; each bite was filled with flavors that hit just right. The only problem was that their dessert options fell a little flat compared to the mains. I still dream about the tiramisu from my first visit! It’s worth a visit if you love delectable Italian cuisine. " (*Curated Review*)
" Orto has become my go-to spot for a quick yet exceptional meal. I popped in for a lunch break and had the pesto casarecce. It was incredibly flavorful, although I was hoping for a bit more sauce. The server was attentive and offered great suggestions for wine pairings which enhanced my meal experience. The decor is quaint but holds character. I love how they incorporate garden elements into the dining space. It's this little touch that makes Orto stand out. Can't wait to come back on a sunny day! " (*Curated Review*)
" Last night was my first time dining at Orto, and I was smitten! From the moment we entered, the fragrant aroma of fresh ingredients enveloped us. I ordered the rigatoni, and my partner had the seafood linguine, both dishes were delicious and generously portioned. The patty for the risotto was a bit too soft for my taste, but the flavor was nonetheless divine. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable, making for a delightful experience. Will definitely return! " First time at Orto, and I'm beyond impressed! From start to finish, the service was fast but friendly. I had the seafood spaghetti, and it was loaded with fresh, delicious shrimp and mussels! I enjoyed the inside ambiance, but the garden patio definitely has a special allure. I appreciate how the restaurant sources local ingredients, which gives their dishes an authentic touch that is rare to find these days. I’d absolutely consider Orto my new favorite spot in North Van! " I had a fantastic brunch at Orto last weekend. The eggs benedict was perfectly poached and paired with the homemade pasta salad, which made for a wonderful twist on a classic brunch item. The staff was attentive and ensured my cup was never empty, which is always a plus! I did think the dinner crowd seemed more lively, so I will definitely be back for dinner next time. I remain excited to see what else they have to offer! " (*Curated Review*)
" I stumbled upon Orto while out for a walk in the area and decided to give it a try. The cozy vibe inside caught my attention right away. I ordered the bolognese, which was rich and savory, but a bit on the heavier side for my taste. The staff was very friendly, and my server was knowledgeable about the menu. The prices are reasonable given the quality, but I would have liked a bit larger portion for the main. Overall, a nice experience and I'd be open to trying other dishes. " (*Curated Review*)
