" I was really looking forward to my visit to El Cerro after hearing good things, but I was quite disappointed. The service seemed to lag at times, and I had to ask multiple times for salsa for my tacos, which should have been automatically provided. The atmosphere felt more like a chain than an authentic Mexican kitchen, which was not what I was expecting. The tacos I ordered were decent, but nothing particularly noteworthy. " Wow! Just wow! I can't express how delightfully surprised I was by my experience at El Cerro. The authentic flavors of the dishes transported me straight to Mexico! I particularly loved the homemade tamales and the tacos. Everything tasted fresh and was wonderfully seasoned. We really enjoyed the hospitality as well—our server went above and beyond. The highlight was definitely the quesabirria; the meat was exceptionally tender and packed with flavor, making it one of the best I've had outside of Mexico.
