" I visited WaBa Grill again this week. After experiencing a decline in their food quality a while back, I decided to give them another chance. Much to my surprise, the flavors returned with a vengeance! The teriyaki chicken was sweet, juicy, and perfectly grilled. However, I spotted that dirty hand wash bucket again near the register. I can’t stress enough how crucial it is for them to clean up. The food almost balances out the atmosphere issues, but I hope they take those reviews to heart for a better dining experience. " I went to WaBa Grill during the lunch hour and, as usual, it was busy. What struck me this time around, though, was how attentive the staff was, despite being overwhelmed. " The first time I visited WaBa Grill, I was really impressed by the layout and the options on the menu. The people behind the counter seemed eager to help, but boy, was I mistaken. My order took forever to come out, and it wasn’t even correct when it did. I ordered the grilled chicken bowl but ended up receiving tofu instead.
