I enjoyed their general tso's chicken; however, I found the portion slightly lacking. I'd gladly return to see if portions increase on different visits. " I recently revisited Chin Yuen after a couple of years, expecting the same great taste. Unfortunately, I was met with disappointment. The consistency in quality has definitely declined. The chicken fried rice I ordered was merely brown rice with minimal flavor. The egg rolls were decent, but overall it felt like they skimped on ingredients and flavors that used to shine.
